FLOWS Framework Development
This output consists of a new framework that outlines the key issues to consider when guiding job seekers in the current and future world of work. Special attention is given to individuals who face a range of challenges in the labour market. Some of the skills and attributes included in this category are: communication and interpersonal skills, adaptability and flexibility, creativity, invention and entrepreneurship. These competencies are detailed and defined in this framework and their importance in the future labour market is determined both at the European Union and national level (partner countries). The framework also includes the key elements to consider when guiding job seekers in the modern and future world of work. The framework also includes the process of developing a skills identification model specific to unemployed youth.
