Piloting of The Future-proof Your Career and Psychometric Evaluation

This work package designed, developed and tested a training programme for practitioners, particularly those who were not initially working in the formal education system. These practitioners may not receive training/skill development on the most up-to-date information on the future of work and therefore their clients may be at a disadvantage in terms of work readiness and sustainable futures. The training used a blended learning approach where practitioners had access to online resources including podcasts, recommended readings, videos etc. in addition to formal training in the use of the project tool and feedback. The training is available in common languages.
