Tool Specification and Content
This work package aims to develop a tool specification and content based on research conducted in the project partner countries. The specification highlights the purpose of the tool; content features; duration; management needs; scoring; task completion method and task type. It consists of a measurement system for non-formal and informal learning specifically adapted to meet the needs of disadvantaged job seekers. The focus of this WP is to help job seekers identify and measure work-related skills and competencies in a transparent and reliable way using an online survey format. Through a series of interactive and innovative methods, it has helped to identify the individual's soft skills for employability, social and psychological issues and factors. This output is based on a framework detailing the key elements to consider when orienting job seekers to the modern and future world of work, especially those experiencing disadvantage in the labour market. It focuses on the non-cognitive, transferable skills required for future workers, many of which are developed informally and formally through work experiences, social and civic engagement, lived experiences, education and training.
